Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We are introducing a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system to provide you with enhanced account protection of your OSSPID.

This system has been integrated to align with the highest security standards and to offer you a robust defence against unauthorised access. 2FA adds an extra layer of security on top of your regular login credentials. This two-step authentication process ensures that only you can access your account, even if your password is compromised.

If you've enabled two-factor authentication, you'll see an extra layer of security after completing single-factor authentication, and here's how to verify two-factor authentication (2FA)::

Select Your Preferred Verification Method

1) Authenticator App Based Verification:

If you have an authenticator app installed on your phone, open the Authenticator App. Find the option to scan a QR code. Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code shown on the screen. Once scanned, a verification code will be displayed. Make sure to enter the code to successfully verify.

2) Email & SMS Based Verification:

If you choose email, you'll get a unique four-digit code in your inbox. Alternatively, if you prefer using your mobile number, you will get a four-digit code text message. Please enter the received unique code within the stipulated time for verification.
